Build

Can someone just do it? This is the engagement for work that is already decided and needs senior hands to build it.

Four ways in Diagnostic Advisory Build Coaching

What it is

Two to eight weeksScoped to a defined outcomeOne comp model to the whole motionEnds at delivery

An engagement for work where the decision is already made. The design exists, mine or someone else's, and what is missing is senior hands to build it against a scope agreed before anything starts.

The output is the thing itself, running: a comp plan live in the tools that pay people, a reporting cadence producing a number leadership trusts, an integration operating as one motion rather than two. Scope runs from a single comp model to the whole revenue motion.

It follows a decision already made; the work here is building against it, not making it. Where the decision is still open, that is advisory or a diagnostic first.

What actually happens

Scope agreed Outcome delivered By new agreement Two to eight weeks
Shown at eight weeks, the top of the range. A two-week engagement ends exactly the same way: one delivered outcome, and nothing scheduled after it.

The scope is fixed before anything starts and holds for the length of the engagement. A change in scope is a new conversation, agreed the same way the first one was.

What it covers

The anchor engagements, in increasing scope.

Comp plan design and consolidation
Rolled out once decided: plan mechanics, comp tooling, and the calc changes that get sellers paid the new way from month one.
A CS engagement model
Segmentation, playbooks, and the sales-to-CS handoff built into the systems that run them, not just documented.
Revenue leadership analytics and reporting
A forecast method or a reporting cadence built to the design, running in the systems your leaders already use.
Post-acquisition GTM integration
Two revenue organisations reconciled into one: territories, comp, systems, and reporting operating as a single motion.
The whole revenue motion
Every one of the above, sequenced and built as one programme. Past this scale, the work needs a hire or a fractional role, and I will point you to one.

These are not exclusive; a comp rebuild and the reporting cadence that measures it are often one engagement.

The work here is judged by whether it still runs the week after I leave, not by how long I stay in the room.

How the first call works

Forty-five minutes, no charge. No pitch. No deck. You describe what has to get built and by when. You leave with my read on whether it fits inside eight weeks or needs a different shape entirely.

If it fits, you get a written scope and a number before anything starts.
